Carbolite Awnings, otherwise known as Polycarbonate Awnings, are suitable for use in many commercial environments where light is imperative, like in large entertaining spaces and at swimming pool facilities.
Carbolite awnings are custom made using the latest materials designed to withstand the harsh Australian climate. Our Polycarbonate Awnings are designed to protect you from the elements in addition to enhancing the overall aesthetics of your property.
Available in both flat and bull nosed Carbolite Awnings and patio covers are designed to protect you from the elements such as UV rays, in addition to enhancing the overall aesthetics of your property. Polycarbonate patio covers, are suitable for use in many environments where light is imperative, such as entertaining spaces.
Carbolite Window Awnings
The Carbolite Awning system allows the awnings to be set at any angle. The rear receiving channel is affixed and the awning simply clicks in and fastened. You can set the awning to any pitch to suit your needs. Carbolite Awnings are available in the following projections of 960mm, 1160mm, 1450mm and 1600mm. When you need an awning greater than this, you will need to go to a patio cover.

Flat Window Carbolite Awnings offer a more traditional modern look. They come in a variety of colour choices allowing you to and mix and match. Additionally, Carbolite Awnings sheets have UV protection on both sides for greater protection.
BULLNOSE CARBOLITE AWNINGS:
Carbolite Bullnose Window Awnings offer a traditional colonial look. Bullnosed Awnings are perfect for areas where head height areas are limited as they can be placed on smaller falls. Carbolite Awnings come in a variety of colour choices allowing you to and mix and match. Additionally, Carbolite sheets have UV protection on both sides for greater protection.
Polycarbonate Cantilevered Awnings
Cantilevered Carbolite Awnings are designed for spanned awnings without the need for front posts. The awning consists of a large welded post bracket. The post has the arm and support arm welded to it allowing the strength needed for a cantilever of up to 2600mm from the wall.
The vertical post legs of our Cantilevered Carbolite Awnings (50mm x 2.5mm thick) are dynabolted to the brick work (or coach screwed to timber). The brackets are spaced around 3m apart. Once the brackets are in place, the cross beams are attached and then the roof sheets are added.
Carbolite Awnings use only aluminium material, therfore reduces the incidence of oxidisation and rust.
All aluminium supplied is powder-coated making the finished product low maintenance.
